 The processing of the data entered in the contact form therefore takes place exclusively on

base of your consent (Art. 6 §. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the information provided up to the

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect process and use personal data only to the extent that it is needed for justification of the content or change of the legal relationship are necessary (inventory data). This is based on Art. 6 §. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which regulates the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. We only collect personal data, process and use them at our Internet pages (usage data) to provide our service.

 

The collected customer data collected after completion of the order or termination of the Business relationship will be deleted. Legal retention periods are not affected by this.

 This site uses  via an API the map service Google Maps. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

 To use the functions of Google Maps it is necessary to save your IP address. This Information is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and beeing stored. The provider of this site has no influence on this data sharing.

 

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing representation of our on-line offers and in an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website. This provides represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 §. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(1) With regard to the processing of personal data relating to you, you have the rights listed from a - h within the legal conditions. Please contact us or our data protection officer. You will find the contact details under point 2.

a) Right to information

In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, you can ask us to confirm whether personal data concerning you will be processed by us. In this case, in accordance with Art. 15 §. 1 DSGVO, you have a right to be informed about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom we have disclosed or will disclose the personal data, the planned storage period or, as the case may be, the planned storage period. The criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to correction or deletion of your personal data and to restriction of processing or objection to processing, the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, the origin of the data, if we have not collected your data from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, pursuant to Art. 15 (2) DSGVO, the right to be informed of the appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO in connection with the transfer of personal data to third countries.

(b) Right to correction

In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, you may request us to correct your personal data without delay and/or to complete them, taking into account the purposes of the processing, if your data are incorrect or incomplete.

c) Right to cancellation

In accordance with Article 17 DSGVO, you may request us to delete your personal data without delay, provided that there is a reason in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 1, letters a-f DSGVO. However, the right to the deletion of your personal data does not exist in particular if their  processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 17 §. 3 DSGVO).

d) Right to limitation of processing

You may request us to restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, as long as we check the accuracy of your data that you dispute, if you refuse to delete your data due to unlawful processing and instead request the restriction of the use of your data, if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have filed an objection to the processing, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail.

(e) Right to information

In accordance with Art. 19 DSGVO, we inform all recipients to whom your personal data have been disclosed of any correction or deletion of your personal data or any restriction on their processing in accordance with Art. 16, 17 §. 1 and 18 DSGVO, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You are entitled pursuant to Art. 19 p. 2 DSGVO shall have the right to be informed about these recipients on request.

f) Right to data transferability

In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another person responsible, provided that the other requirements of Art. 20 DSGVO are met, in particular this is technically feasible.

g) Right of objection

If we base the processing of your personal data on the legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 §. 1 §. 1 letter f DSGVO, you may object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO. This is the case if the processing is not necessary in particular for the fulfillment of a contract with you, which is described by us in the above description of the offers. When exercising such objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and, pursuant to Art. 21 §. 1 S. 2 DSGVO, either no longer process the personal data or provide you with evidence of our compelling reasons for processing which are worthy of protection and which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms. Further processing is also reserved if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. Of course you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and profiling purposes in accordance with Art. 21 §. 2 DSGVO at any time, insofar as it is connected with direct advertising.

You can inform us or our data protection officer of your objection using the contact data specified in Section 3.

h) Right to revoke consent

According to Art. 7 §. 3 DSGVO, you have the right to revoke any data protection consent given to us at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing which took place on the basis of your consent up to the time of the revocation.

 

(2) If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations, you are additionally entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. Please contact a supervisory authority in the Member State where you are staying, working or potentially infringing.
